Passionate About Learning Studio

Hello!

Hi, I’m Mannu — the educator-turned-strategist behind Passionate About Learning Studio. For almost 20 years, I’ve helped teachers, schools, and EdTech teams reframe their expertise and step into new opportunities with confidence.

Passionate About Learning Studio is designed to be a space where educators can explore professional growth, gain fresh perspectives, and see the powerful connections between what happens in the classroom and the skills valued in new career paths. Whether you’re a teacher exploring a transition beyond the classroom or someone who loves teaching and wants to keep growing in your role, this space is for you. My goal is to offer resources, insights, and reflections that help you recognize the strengths you already have — and use them to grow with purpose.

To kick things off, I’m sharing the Agile Project Management Cheat Sheet for Teachers. It gives you a quick overview of the most common Agile terms you’ll see in project management. Agile is built around short cycles (sprints), clear goals, and reflection — just like how teachers plan units, adjust pacing, and review student progress.

Here’s how you can use the cheat sheet right now:

✓ Learn the lingo: Get familiar with terms like sprint, backlog, and retrospective so they feel natural in conversations.
✓ Make connections: Match each Agile term to a teaching task you’ve already done (e.g., sprint = unit plan, daily standup = team meeting).
✓ Build confidence: Use the language on resumes, in interviews, or while networking to show you already understand project workflows.

You’ve been “doing Agile” in your classroom all along — now you have the terms to prove it.
