I’m Mannu Sikka, the educator-turned-strategist behind Passionate About Learning Studio (PAL Studio). With nearly two decades in the classroom and consulting, I know the feeling of being run ragged by initiatives and burnout. My goal is to use my strategic expertise to build simple, high-impact tools that truly save you time, restore your sanity, and help you focus on successful student outcomes. My Story.
My story starts where many of yours do: right in the classroom trenches, specifically in Title I schools. It was the best, most exhausting job on the planet! That time showed me that the most powerful solutions aren't complicated—they're just practical. After I moved into consulting, I realized I could help translate the big-picture strategy into simple downloads and actions that educators could use before their coffee got cold. PAL Studio grew out of that need! It’s my passion project dedicated to sharing all the "good knowledge" needed to build an equitable, joyful classroom, proving that high-impact work doesn't have to mean high-stress work.
